Releasing of ego and repetitive thoughts is simple and easy. It is the mind and cultural programming which convince us that it is difficult. The simplicity was my biggest hurdle to overcome because my mind was so cluttered and unfocused.
It is a true blessing to release more and more into the basic pureness of the here-now direct experience.
