In one Greek city, some residents have chucked the euro in favor of the TEM, Greek shorthand for Alternative Local Currency.

The trend of local surrencies and bartering is a necessary arm of banking crimes.  Use your labor to better your community.  Don’t give your work away to the chain of command of a business.
